Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Experience in hotel maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to re-prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Payroll and departmental accounting/administrative tasks experience.
• Experience scheduling contractors and managing projects.
• Proficient with Windows and hotel property management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards.
• Lead implementation and management of maintenance systems and work orders.
• Perform payroll, document management, records, and internal communications.
• Act as office administrator for GAIA.
• Maintain departmental Health & Safety binders.
• Coordinate maintenance programs and external contractors.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Support the Fairmont brand and foster inclusivity.
• Other duties as assigned.
