Metrolinx in Canada seeks to advance asset management through data-driven reports and dashboards that communicate trends and opportunities to management and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You will support asset development, budgeting, and forecasting while collaborating with internal teams and partners to improve reporting capabilities.

Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. Collaborates with internal and external business clients, partners, and external stakeholders in the development of the asset class functions and data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Presents materials to peers and senior management to engage and promote awareness of, and support for, the asset class discipline progress and needs and apprise them of critical issues for escalation or collaborative resolution.
Supports forecasting, assessment, and prioritization of new procurement demand from across the organization and the process to identify and influence the current and future demand for, and level of service from, the organization’s asset base
Supports structured control of budgets, contract expenditures and invoicing and ensures compliance with the agencies accounting practices and policies.
Promotes and creates a working environment that is aligned with the organization’s desire to be a “best company to work for” demonstrating well developed team working skills.
