The Role
As an Engagement Manager at Valence, you'll be at the heart of our mission to revolutionize leadership development through generative AI. You'll work hand-in-hand with global enterprises like Coca-Cola, Nestle, General Mills, Prudential and more to deploy the first-ever AI-powered coaching solution to their teams. You will be forging relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and directly influencing the evolution of our gen AI product. We're looking for someone who can navigate the complex landscapes of Fortune 500 companies to translate the potential of AI into tangible business outcomes.

What You'll DoLocation and Work Environment
This role is 3 days a week (Tues - Thursday) minimum in office at Queen and Spadina. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK), and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US and Canada.
