About the Role

As Lawyer Engagement Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner and main point of contact for lawyers on our platform. You’ll guide them from onboarding to ongoing performance and community building—ensuring they thrive professionally and contribute to CEO Law’s growth.

What You'll Do

  • Run weekly check-ins with new lawyers until they hit onboarding milestones.
  • Monitor performance against revenue targets.
  • Train lawyers on tools, processes, and best practices for client success.
  • Track availability and share insights with the sales team.
  • Gather and communicate lawyer feedback to internal teams.
  • Source, screen, and recruit top legal talent to strengthen the roster.
  • Target recruitment to fill gaps by practice area or region.
  • Share recruitment-oriented content to attract candidates.

Revenue & Opportunity Generation

  • Develop programs that generate more client work for lawyers.
  • Explore monetizable tools (e.g., compliance offerings).
  • Align lawyer goals with CEO Law’s business strategy.
  • Organize lawyer events (e.g., CPD learning sessions, town halls).
  • Share internal updates, insights, and success stories.
  • Strengthen lawyer engagement with CEO Law’s brand and values.
  • Reinforce lawyer standards (response times, branding, client focus).
  • Monitor involvement with competing platforms/ALSPs as needed.
  • Educate the sales team on lawyer capabilities for better client matching.
  • Share real-time updates on availability and expertise.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in legal ops, legal recruiting, or professional services management.
  • Deep understanding of legal services and delivery models.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Metrics-focused mindset; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter attitude with a knack for content creation and engagement.
