The Role :

Due to our successful continued growth, we are seeking talented Salesforce Engagement Managers with experience in Media and Telecommunications clients to join us to lead the discovery and implementation of complex Salesforce projects. You’ll work closely with clients and teams to ensure project success, delivering impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead Salesforce projects using Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Collaborate with clients to define project goals and align outcomes with their strategic direction.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Facilitate meetings, manage project status updates, and proactively address risks.
• Drive team success through leadership, planning, and problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience managing technical implementation projects, ideally in Salesforce or related ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience with media and / or telecommunication clients.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other delivery frameworks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to create structure in dynamic environments.
