Job summary

Finning Canada is seeking a highly organized Equipment Advisor on a contract basis to manage end-to-end fulfillment of new equipment orders across construction, mining, forestry, and power systems sectors.

You will coordinate quoting, sourcing, preparation, transport, invoicing, and delivery while working with sales, operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to meet timelines and ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in customer service, service administration, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Operations Management, or related discipline. Equivalent experience considered.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of new equipment customer orders from quote to delivery.
• Source and allocate equipment and attachments per customer specs and sales agreements.
• Coordinate equipment preparation, communicate scope to internal teams, and track milestones.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery of equipment to customers.
• Ensure financing, credit, warranty, freight, and documentation requirements are completed before invoicing.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and tracking records.
