Job summary

QHRTech, a Canadian health tech company, is seeking a Practice Consultant (PC) Executive. This hybrid role focuses on customer satisfaction, retention, and new sales within the Accuro EMR ecosystem.

You will manage relationships across provincial clinics, promoting value-added services and coordinating with the sales team to maximize adoption and revenue. The position requires strong relationship-building, healthcare domain familiarity, and outbound sales capabilities, with travel within Nova

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably software
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an asset
• Excellent phone skills and public speaking abilities
• Willingness to travel and operate in Nova Scotia-based territory

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers/prospects in the assigned territory to promote Accuro EMR and related services
• Attend meetings to stay current on provincial initiatives and client needs
• Support acquiring new customers with the EMR sales team
• Follow up with clinics post go-live and drive retention and upsell opportunities
• Lead generation in territory via cold calling and referrals
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with up-to-date communications and activities
