The VP Employee Relations (ER) investigator is an experienced investigator responsible for the end-to-end investigative process, including planning, interviews, e-discovery, documentation review, and report writing, primarily for allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. The ER Lead also assesses the severity of the conduct for substantiated matters.
