Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (Employee Relations Specialist) to provide positive employee relations and support operational goals. You will manage internal inquiries, assist with performance management, and participate in meetings with operations to align HR and business needs.

The role involves handling leave and accommodation requests, addressing employee relations concerns, administering policies, conducting investigations, and contributing to special HR projects.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a large organization or supervisory experience in a small organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for facilitating large meetings and difficult conversations.
• Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to self-manage multiple duties in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal inquiries and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Assist operations with performance management processes and discussions.
• Participate in meetings with operations to support goals and objectives.
• Support leaves (medical, family) and accommodation requests for employees.
• Address Employee Relations issues and concerns with Operations.
• Administer HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct investigations into employee concerns.
• Execute special HR projects and other duties as assigned.
• Perform general office management and administrative tasks.
