The Team Member Experience Coordinator will handle day-to-day HR administration and help enrich the employee experience within Long Term Care communities.

This role supports employee relations, engagement planning, and coordination of HR programs, ensuring a positive, respectful workplace for all team members. Strong communication and EI are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years HR experience required.
• Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent.
• CHRP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations and investigations.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Support Employee Engagement plans and HR programs.
• Coordinate safety, leave, and grievance processes.
• Assist in grievances and disciplinary matters.
