Lakeshore Animal Health Partners Emergency and Specialty Hospital, located in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking an Emergency Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join its 24/7 team. You will work alongside board-certified veterinarians and specialists in a high-volume setting to deliver advanced emergency care.

You will thrive in a technologically advanced hospital with access to specialists, MRI, and AI-enabled systems.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians.
• Experienced in emergency medicine or willing to develop emergency skills.
• Able to remain calm and perform under pressure.
• Passionate about improving outcomes for pets and their families.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Triage emergency patients and collect histories.
• Perform and submit laboratory samples.
• Administer oral, IM, and IV medications.
• Assist Emergency DVM with treatments and diagnostics.
• Support patient monitoring and nursing care.
