Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration (BCCNM).
• Post graduate course work in emergency or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect information to determine nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to develop and modify care plans.
• Coordinate nursing care, delegate tasks, and refer to relevant specialists as required.
• Document assessments, actions, and patient responses per Fraser Health protocols.
• Teach patients and families about illness prevention and health maintenance.
