Qualifications

• Minimum relevant experience in underground mining across various roles.
• Strong understanding of underground mining operations (development, production, material movement).
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and navigation of multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor underground operations via a computer-based control system.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective transportation of ore, waste, fill and movement of people, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors to adjust daily plans safely to achieve production goals.
• Provide accurate daily shift reports and track KPIs.
• Foster Evolution Mining principles: Safety, Respect, Excellence, Accountability.
