Job summary

The Liberal Party of Canada is seeking an Email Engagement Coordinator to join a dedicated team supporting Mark Carney and our Liberal team as we build a stronger Canada. You’ll craft email and SMS content, test messages, and analyze results to guide fundraising and engagement strategies.

You’ll tell stories from across Canada, grow grassroots fundraising, and develop innovative ways for Canadians to engage with the Liberal Party online.

Qualifications

• University degree or combination of education, certification and work experience.
• Strong knowledge of current events and Canadian politics.
• Ability to write compelling content and test it for data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with HTML & CSS is an asset.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Write digitally-engaging marketing copy for fundraising and campaigns.
• Tell LPC’s story in a personable and creative way while adapting to voice.
• Code emails using HTML/CSS templates to build campaigns.
• Build and optimize single-send emails and SMS campaigns.
• Review and test content to meet digital standards.
• Use CRM to build audiences and report on campaigns.
• Assist with landing pages and donate pages content.
• Collaborate with design team to create visual experiences.
