FedEx Logistics in Ontario seeks a Casual Courier to provide courteous pickup and delivery on an assigned route. You’ll ensure shipments meet service standards, label correctly, and report stop counts. You’ll use tracking systems, assist customers with questions, and uphold safety and regulatory requirements.

The role may involve loading/unloading and occasional sales leads. Must have a valid driver’s license, ability to lift heavy packages, and at least one year of customer-facing experience;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs with equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on assigned route.
• Ensure shipments conform to FedEx Canada service features and proper labeling.
• Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems.
• Answer customer questions about FedEx Canada services.
• Maintain safe driving and comply with government regulations and company procedures.
• May load/unload aircraft or containers as workload dictates.
• Seek additional business from current customers and inform sales of leads.
