Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership in development, implementation, and evaluation of school programs, policies, and practices.
• Foster a positive school culture focused on student learning, well-being, and achievement.
• Lead the school in creating and implementing an inclusive curriculum meeting all students' needs.
• Promote professional growth and development of staff through coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and community to build partnerships supporting student success.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and legislation.
• Oversee day-to-day school operations including budgeting, staffing, and resources.
