Job summary

Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP in North Bay, ON is seeking a Repair Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair laptops, desktops and tablets. This permanent full-time role requires strong communication, time management and attention to detail.

You will follow SOPs, manage multiple repair orders, document outcomes, and collaborate with customer service to authorize repairs. A high school diploma is required and knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues based on client input and logs.
• Replace defective hardware and install/configure operating systems.
• Maintain detailed repair records and update work orders.
• Prioritize and manage multiple repair orders with deadlines.
• Follow repair workflows and SOPs to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with customer service for approvals and escalations.
• Coordinate with team to reach production and turnaround targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Assist with product knowledge development and training.
