Likewize is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to join the WeFix Repair team serving the Greater Toronto Area. This role front-lines our brand while repairing devices at customers' locations, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction on every visit.

Responsibilities include managing bookings, performing thorough checks, and completing the repair journey with professional on-site service. Strong electronics understanding and a customer‑first mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Valid G/A Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Solid foundation in how electronics work; eagerness to learn.
• Clear, confident communication (verbal and written).
• Customer‑first mindset; delivers friendly, professional service.
• Thrives independently in the field and as part of a team.
• Bonus: prior cell phone repair experience; familiarity with MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Deliver on‑time, high‑quality repairs by managing daily bookings, parts collection, and repairs using Likewize systems.
• Meet customers at their location; perform thorough quality checks and keep them informed.
• Own the full repair journey from inbound/outbound quality control to required system admin.
• Maintain a clean, professional mobile workshop, vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and service standards; seek improvements.
• Engage locally to support business growth through partnerships, presence, and referrals.
• Handle parts responsibly and escalate issues promptly when needed.
