Job summary

NPAworldwide in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Hardware Product Engineer to supervise product testing, analysis, and quality assurance across all product lines, and to work with production managers and senior technicians to develop and maintain efficient SOPs.

You will collaborate with other engineers, develop testing procedures and prototypes, stay current with industry trends, and ensure regulatory compliance documentation is maintained and up to date.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in electronics engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product engineering or related role.
  • Knowledge of product development processes, including DFM, scalable testing, and QA practices.
  • Experience with circuitry design and interpreting schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail with a creative eye for solving complex problems.

  • Work with Regulatory agencies such as UL, CSA, TUV and ETL to Test and obtain applicable compliance approvals on Manufactured products.This includes both EMC/EMI and Safety Testing and approvals.
