Qualifications

• 1 year of Raiser's Edge experience including queries, action tracks and reports.
• 1 year of e-commerce or e-marketing platform experience.
• Proficient with WordPress for website updates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• HTML language knowledge is an asset.
• Diploma or certificate in fundraising is an asset.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of the development database for online donations and campaigns.
• Prepare and process online donations, receipts, and acknowledgements.
• Promote electronic giving opportunities inside and outside the organization.
• Develop electronic giving, stewardship and engagement plans.
• Maintain records, queries, metrics, and tracking to measure program effectiveness.
