Job summary

CPAC in Ottawa is seeking a Philanthropy Operations Coordinator to join our development team for a 12-month, full-time contract at our downtown office. The role focuses on donor relations, CRM administration, gift processing, reporting and coordinating fundraising operations.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in fundraising, nonprofit management, business administration, communications or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in fundraising, development operations, donor relations, nonprofit administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage CPAC's donor management system; ensure donor/prospect data accuracy and integrity.
• Enter and maintain gifts, pledges, event tickets and related fundraising activity.
• Develop and produce donor, prospect, event and fundraising reports.
• Support donor pipelines and next steps tracking.
• Coordinate donations from receipt through acknowledgement and reporting.
• Assist with proposals, grant applications, reports and fundraising materials.
• Maintain fundraising calendars, tracking tools and pipeline reports.
