Cozey is seeking a Senior Supply Planning Analyst to ensure right inventory at the right time across products and markets. You’ll translate forecasts into purchasing requirements and manage safety stock, MOQs, and lead times to optimize service levels and working capital.

You’ll partner with Sourcing, Operations, and Finance to support launches, lifecycle changes, and process improvements, while leveraging automation and BI tools to drive efficient planning and decision-making.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, operations, or supply chain analytics in retail, e-commerce, or CPG.
• Strong supply planning fundamentals: replenishment logic, safety stock, lead times, MOQ constraints, and service level trade-offs.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced Excel, a working knowledge of SQL, and comfort with planning systems and BI tools, paired with attention to detail.
• Experience using automation and AI-enabled tools to improve planning workflows, analyze large datasets, and accelerate decision-making.
• Operational mindset across sourcing, production, warehouses, and transportation.
• Clear, structured communication that lays out issue, impact, options, and recommendation, with bias for action.

Responsabilidades

• Own days of inventory on hand, balance service levels with cost, and adjust safety stock and order sizing as needed.
• Continuously optimize planning parameters such as lead times, safety stock, reorder points, and batch sizes.
• Partner with Sourcing, Operations, Demand Planning, Product, and Finance on launches, lifecycle transitions, and optimizations.
• Prepare and present supply risks, constraints, and recommendations to support S&OP decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to improve in-house planning tools.

The Mission of the Senior Supply Planning Analyst at Cozey

Reporting to our Manager, Supply Planning, your mission is to make sure Cozey has the right inventory, in the right place, at the right time. You'll turn demand forecasts into supply plans that hold up under real-world constraints, balancing service levels, lead times, and working capital from supplier to customer. You'll be the person leadership trusts to recommend what we buy, when, and why.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end supply planning for an assigned portfolio of products, suppliers, and markets, and keep a strong weekly planning rhythm as Cozey scales.
• Translate demand forecasts into purchasing requirements and replenishment strategies across SKUs, suppliers, and distribution nodes, accounting for lead times, MOQs, and supplier constraints.
• Own days of inventory on hand for your portfolio, balancing service levels, working capital, and cost through decisions on safety stock, order sizing, expedites, and allocation; monitor stockouts and excess or slow-moving inventory, and correct course as needed.
• Continuously optimize planning parameters, including lead times, safety stock, reorder points, and batch sizes, based on observed performance and variability.
• Partner with Sourcing and Operations to monitor supplier lead times, capacity, reliability, and fill rates, providing the forecasts, order requirements, and planning insights needed to support supplier discussions and drive corrective action when performance falls short.
• Prepare and present supply risks, constraints, and recommendations (expedites, reallocation, buys, order changes) to support S&OP decision-making.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Product, Operations, and Finance on product launches, lifecycle transitions, and discontinuations to ensure clean, in-stock execution.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to improve our in-house planning tools.

We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, operations, or supply chain analytics in retail, e-commerce, or CPG, including experience operating in complex environments with global sourcing and long lead times.
• Strong supply planning fundamentals: replenishment logic, safety stock, lead times, MOQ constraints, and service level trade-offs.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced Excel, a working knowledge of SQL, and comfort with planning systems and BI tools, paired with attention to detail: clean data, accurate parameters, and reliable execution with minimal downstream rework.
• Experience using automation and AI-enabled tools to improve planning workflows, analyze large datasets, and accelerate decision-making.
• An operational mindset, understanding how plans play out across sourcing, production, warehouses, and transportation.
• Clear, structured communication that lays out the issue, impact, options, and recommendation, paired with a bias for action: spotting risks early and driving fixes before they hit service or inventory.
