Job summary

OCL Group Inc. is hiring Industrial Electricians or Instrumentation Technicians for fly-in/fly-out project work in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role emphasizes safety and teamwork within a high-performing maintenance team.

Candidates should hold Red Seal or equivalent certification, have 3–5 years of related experience, and be able to work night shifts if required. Flights from Edmonton or Calgary are provided, with travel allowances for local and out-of-province residents.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and industry standards.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
• Valid safety tickets: H2S Alive, CSTS/OSSA or BSO/CSO, Fall Protection, and Confined Space Entry.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and pass site pre-access drug/alcohol test.
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check.
