• 5+ years of experience specifically in Service Work.
• Ontario 309A Journeyperson Electrician License is preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of small tasks.
• Familiarity with service management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch & Coordination: manage daily schedules of service technicians and match skill sets to calls.
• Small project quoting: site walk-throughs and quotes for small works ($2k–$20k) including lighting upgrades and repairs.
• Multi-job management: oversee 10–20 active service orders and ensure materials and labor tracking.
• Technical mentorship: provide code interpretations and troubleshooting support to field staff.
• Client relations: maintain relationships with facility managers and institutional stakeholders.
• Emergency response: coordinate urgent repairs for critical systems.
