A great new opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance & Services Manager! Based on the east side of MARKHAM, our client is a well-established electrical contractor with over 20 years of experience, specializing in small projects and service across the commercial, municipal, and institutional sectors.

This role is perfect for an experienced tradesperson who is technically strong, highly organized, and communicates well. You'll be handling everything from troubleshooting a tripped breaker at a local school to quoting small- to mid-sized service jobs on-site - offering a great mix of hands-on work and coordination that keeps every day interesting.

Requirements

• Certification: Valid Ontario 309A Journeyperson Electrician License (Ideal, Not Required).


• Experience: 5+ years of experience specifically in Service Work, either as a Lead Service Tech or a Service Coordinator/Manager.


• Proven ability to manage a high volume of small tasks


• Software Skills: Exposure to service management software preferred (e.g., Accubid T&M, FieldEdge, or Jonas) and basic estimating tools. Software is not required and can be taught.


• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and institutional requirements for Fire Alarm and PA systems are an asset.
