Job summary

Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd is seeking Industrial Electrical Journeymen and Apprentices for our Grande Prairie branch. The role involves working on construction projects across Western Canada, focusing on industrial oil and gas facilities.

• Must hold Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive, Fall Protection, and Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED).

Job description

Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd is currently seeking Industrial Electrical Journeyman & Apprentices for construction projects with our Grande Prairie branch.

Techmation works on a variety of industrial oil and gas construction and maintenance projects throughout Western Canada. As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to work on full-time industrial projects with well-established and reputable clients.

Requirements

• Journeyman Electricians, OR
• Indentured Electrical Apprentices (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year), OR
• Applicants interested in being indentured in the trade
• Candidates must have valid Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive & Fall Protection, Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), and CSTS 2020 Fundamentals Certificates
• Must have a flexible work schedule - shift work, overtime, weekends, and travel
• Valid Class 5 drivers license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
