Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to establish and lead a growing electrical engineering practice across the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, and KW regions with a hybrid Ontario work model.

You will build the department, provide technical leadership for building systems, and oversee project delivery while mentoring engineers and engaging with clients to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• P.Eng. designation or eligibility in Ontario.
• 8+ years of electrical building engineering consulting.
• Proven leading electrical design projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of building codes including OBC, OESC, CEC.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Electrical Engineering department.
• Provide technical leadership for electrical building systems.
• Oversee project delivery: schedules, budgets, client expectations.
• QA/QC reviews of engineering deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and EITs.
• Business development through client relationships.
• Develop standards and processes for growth.
• Site visits to review progress.
