Job summary

Exp Global Inc. in Markham, ON is seeking an Electrical Project Manager (Buildings) to lead electrical design and construction for diverse building projects. You will report to the Electrical Principal, mentor staff, coordinate with disciplines, and manage projects from concept to construction within schedule and budget.

The candidate should have 5+ years in electrical consulting, a P.Eng with PEO is preferred, and be proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT MEP, with Ontario codes knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in electrical consulting.
• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred (PEO).
• Experience across healthcare, residential, institutional, education, commercial and industrial sectors is a plus.
• Ability to lead and manage new construction, renovation and upgrades.
• Familiar with Ontario Building Code and Electrical Safety Code.

Responsibilities

• Lead design activities and mentor staff across disciplines.
• Coordinate design with other disciplines and attend design meetings.
• Ensure electrical designs meet quality standards and project budgets.
• Oversee development of schematic through construction documents.
• Conduct shop drawing reviews, site visits and progress reviews.
