Job description

Diva International Inc. (“DIVA”) is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to drive the success of our online operations. This role focuses on enhancing the shopping experience, boosting website performance, and fostering customer loyalty. Ideal candidates are data-driven, detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about purpose-driven business. You should thrive in a collaborative environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and have a strong enthusiasm for wellness and sustainability.

The position offers remote work within Ontario, Canada, with occasional travel. Applicants must be legally eligible to work and reside in Ontario.

About Us:

Since 2003, DIVA has pioneered reusable period care, revolutionizing the feminine hygiene industry and promoting sustainability. Founded by Francine Chambers and Carinne Chambers-Saini, DIVA is now a leader in menstrual care innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
  1. Site Management: Maintain and implement best practices for web content aligned with brand, UX/UI, and strategy.
  2. Content Management: Create and update website content, including product pages, landing pages, banners, and layouts.
  3. Digital Marketing Collaboration: Develop and execute promotional campaigns with the Marketing team.
  4. Performance Optimization: Analyze website metrics and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
  5. SEO Optimization: Write SEO-friendly meta descriptions and report on SEO performance.
  6. Inventory & Trade Support: Coordinate with production and fulfillment to address inventory and shipping risks.
  7. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and emerging technologies, recommending strategies.
  8. Campaign Performance & Reporting: Collaborate on campaign strategy, execution, and tracking.
  9. Compliance: Adhere to Diva’s Quality Policy and B Corp standards.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (preferred).
  2. 2–4 years experience in e-commerce, with Shopify or Shopify Plus expertise.
  3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  4. Ability to take ownership, prioritize, and complete projects.
  5. Excellent communication skills managing multiple stakeholders.
  6. Creative problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  7. Bonus: Skills in HTML, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, and Ads Manager.
