We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Administrative Analyst to support digital operations and the CEO directly. This role combines executive support, e-commerce system coordination, IT troubleshooting, and compliance oversight. The ideal candidate is organized, able to manage timelines, assist with backend functions, and improve digital workflows and automations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, communication, and meeting coordination.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and performance targets to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Support compliance tasks such as vendor documentation and regulatory submissions.
  • Offer first-level IT support for e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and PIMs, including troubleshooting and automation management.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello) to support workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure backend accuracy.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, administration, or digital operations.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or PIM systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of digital tools, integrations, or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make).
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Experience working directly with executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of compliance workflows and documentation standards.
  • Experience supporting remote teams or high-growth operations.
  • Understanding of backend logic, system automations, or platform configurations.
