Job Summary
The Project Manager II oversees medium to complex projects, including developing plans, assembling teams, and ensuring timely completion. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce platform projects supporting various university functions, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring solutions align with institutional strategies and best practices. Acts as the primary contact for stakeholders and supports planning, estimation, implementation, and administration activities.
Organizational Status
Works within the UBC IT Salesforce Solution and Delivery team, liaising with various UBC units, external consultants, and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with at least five years of related experience or equivalent. Demonstrates commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
