Job Title: Project Manager – System Implementation (6-Month Contract)

Location: 100% Remote (Canada – open to EST through PST time zones)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)

Overview:

An enterprise operations team is seeking a Project Manager to drive a variety of system implementation initiatives that directly support field operations, dispatch, planning, and invoicing systems. This role will manage short-term, fast-moving projects critical to operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver system implementation projects supporting field operations (e.g., Order Entry, Dispatch/Planning, Time Coding, and Billing systems).
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources across departments.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and aligned to operational goals.
• Operate in an Agile environment, with occasional Waterfall project elements.
• Utilize Monday.com for project tracking (Jira exposure is a plus).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven track record delivering technical projects into operational business environments (telecommunications, logistics, or similar industries).
• Strong practical project management skills (does not require Scrum Master certification).
• Comfortable working in hybrid project management environments (Agile + Waterfall).
• Familiarity with Monday.com and general project management tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Practical, hands-on approach to managing multiple small-to-medium projects.
• Focused on project delivery without needing deep technical development background.
• Able to quickly understand and support operational systems and business processes.
