Job Summary

We seek a candidate with skills in field work, communication, and organization. Responsibilities include conducting field research and demonstration trials, operating and maintaining seeding and harvesting equipment, preparing trial seeds, taking field notes, and data entry.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1-year post-secondary education or equivalent experience, preferably in Agriculture or related fields.
2. Familiarity with machinery operation and maintenance.
3. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
4. This role is physically demanding, involving walking, heavy lifting, crop tending, bending, weeding, and machinery operation, including towing trailers with equipment to off-site locations.
5. Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams.
6. Willing to travel periodically and work extended hours as needed.

This is a temporary position from May to September, with potential for extension and future opportunities. Competitive compensation is offered.
