Academic Research Assistant (Mathematics)

We are seeking a mathematician with an advanced degree to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

The ideal candidate will possess expert-level mathematical reasoning skills. A completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to, Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.

Position Details

• This is a full-time or part-time remote position.
• You can select projects based on your interest.
• Work on your own schedule.
• Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex mathematical problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI model outputs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, probability, statistics, and inductive/deductive reasoning.
• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
