Insurance Broker
As an Insurance Broker you are responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and by referring new business. Every day you will build lasting relationships with your customers, helping to protect what matters most to them.
Here is what a typical day looks like
• Manage your own book of business: Oversee the renewal process and build strong relationships with our customers.
• Assist customers daily: Handle requests for Certificates of Insurance and other policy changes promptly and efficiently.
• Resolve outstanding activities: Follow up on all client accounts to address any billing discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Cross-sell and upsell: Identify opportunities to round out accounts by offering additional products and services.
• Ask for referrals: Encourage clients to refer new business to help expand our customer base.
• Sales Targets: While this is primarily a service role, there will be some new business expectations
• Customer Education: Educate clients on the benefits of various insurance products to help them make informed decisions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share insights and strategies for improving customer service and sales performance.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
