This role focuses on managing the external supply chain. The coordinator will develop, manage, measure, and analyze supply chain stakeholders. Supply chain management involves cross-functional issues across various business lines, including production, purchasing, and procurement.

As a member of the Sonovision team, the Supply Chain Coordinator supports the operations team.

Qualifications for a Supply Chain Coordinator at Sonovision include:

• Experience in industrial manufacturing.
• A university degree with extensive knowledge of supply chain and production management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical design (e.g., plan reading, tolerancing).
• Leadership skills, rigor, organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor the industrial performance of the external supply chain.
• Source suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
• Conduct industrial audits, including HSE and Lean audits.
• Oversee supplier qualification processes and monitor qualifications.
• Draft and update supplier improvement plans.
• Manage transfer plans.
• Measure and manage supplier performance metrics (e.g., OTD, DOD).
• Handle external supply chain contractual agreements.
• Implement action plans to meet objectives through continuous improvement.
• Master production processes and utilize problem-solving methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Ishikawa.
