This role focuses on managing the external supply chain, including development, management, measurement, and analysis of supply chain stakeholders. It involves cross-functional issues across production, purchasing, and procurement, supporting the operations team.

A successful Supply Chain Coordinator at Sonovision should have:

• Experience in industrial manufacturing.

• A university degree with knowledge of supply chain and production management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Knowledge of mechanical design, such as plan reading and tolerancing.

• Leadership, organizational skills, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor the industrial performance of the external supply chain.

• Source suppliers and manage relationships.

• Conduct industrial audits, including HSE and Lean audits.

• Oversee supplier qualification processes and monitor qualifications.

• Draft and update supplier improvement plans.

• Manage transfer plans.

• Measure and manage supplier performance metrics (e.g., OTD, DOD).

• Handle external supply chain contractualization.

• Implement action plans for continuous improvement.

• Master production processes and apply problem-solving methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Ishikawa.
