Job Description

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Field Service Supervisor Reporting directly to the Service Director and responsible for technical and management of Partners in the province of Quebec and Atlantic Provinces. The position requires extensive travel (50% - 60%) in Quebec province and Atlantic Provinces. This position will reside in Montreal, QC.

We are looking for:

• Provide Technical Support to our client Dealer/distributor
• Supervise , Train, Manage and Audit contractors (Equipment service companies)
• Phone Support to contractor technicians
• On-Site Support at customer location when required
• Technical Training to Contractor companies with annual audits to contractor sites.
• Monthly review of our client KPI with Service Partners
• Provide technical training to Service Partners
• Travel to Quebec and Atlantic provinces to evaluate performance of Service Partners

You will possess:

• Fully Bilingual, 100% perfect French
• Background in HVAC, refrigeration, gas utilities companies, heavy equipment, lift truck equipment, restaurant equipment repair companies
• Education: Technical degree 2 years
• Management experience: Desire, however looking for a junior lead hand, supervisor or a technician with good attitude and leadership skills (example leading others in sports, nonprofits, etc.)
• Technician experience: Minimum 3
• Excellent customer service skills, sociable, able to work in a team, flexible and able to adapt to changes
• Travel: Up to 50% - 60% of the time to Ontario , Quebec and Atlantic provinces.
• Answer phone for after hours support occasionally, evenings- weekends
