Role Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop technical requirements based on solution documentation.
- Ensure integrity of business and technical requirements throughout the customer journey.
- Drive joint application design sessions with architecture, development, and security teams to inform estimates for initiatives.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions to create use cases, user stories, and sequence diagrams.
- Lead enterprise process engineering across infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and cryptography teams.
- Create, refine, and maintain the product backlog and delivery timelines.
- Bridge the gap between business and IT to ensure alignment of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Contribute to improving engineering practices through feedback and suggestions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in a challenging IT environment.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices.
- 7+ years experience in an agile environment, with a focus on agile/lean principles.
- Experience creating BSA artifacts like user stories and sequence diagrams.
- 3+ years as a Delivery Lead.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Banking industry experience.
- Experience as a Scrum Master.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency.
- Self-motivated with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator.
- Ability to multi-task across initiatives.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, with strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
