Position Overview

This role focuses on helping customers succeed by achieving sales and profit goals through business-to-business (B2B) sales consultation, account management, and innovative solutions. The territory managed has annual sales between $4-6 million.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage and onboard new customers by demonstrating Sysco's value proposition using consultative selling techniques.
  2. Develop strategic account plans, grow the account portfolio, and retain customers to ensure profitable sales growth.
  3. Assess customer needs and market trends to tailor product and service solutions.
  4. Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' offerings.
  5. Utilize sales technology and resources, including Salesforce, for end-to-end sales support.
  6. Manage credit and accounts receivable processes.
  7. Support territory and market share growth using PMT & Deal Manager tools.
  8. Oversee pricing strategies within the territory.
  9. Track activities, analyze results, and collaborate on opportunities with team members.
  10. Work flexible hours as needed, maintaining safety and compliance with food safety policies.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent; CPSA designation is a plus.
  • Proven relationship-building and sales growth skills.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial understanding.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to learn CRM tools and analyze data.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access.
