Job description

Job Title: Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 6+ Months

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Assist with UAT and PIV related items before the Go-live.
2. Maintain the Platform /FRR issue tracker for testing and resolution before and after Go-Live.
3. Coordinate with IT /FSS on issues during testing.
4. Assist with TM1 reconciliation, including manually creating disclosure documents for reconciliation with EPM.
5. Support uploads for monthly and go-live submissions.
6. Document processes, including:

• User documentation
• Technical process documentation

Prepare FRR documentation.

Create views in TM1.

Document issues and solutions.

Implement and document processes for manual controls handled by FRR, including alternative approaches to noted issues.

User Access Management:

• Maintain the user master file.
• Monitor user lists beyond Q3, especially if done through MMP.
• Verify submitter and approver identities by checking files from FSS for control purposes.

Other responsibilities as delegated by the manager.

Must Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with IT projects, financial instruments, and data analysis.
• Financial background.
• Experience working within the banking industry.
• Chartered Accountant certification.
• MBA qualification.
