We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics within our Enterprise Data and Analytics team.

We are looking for someone with the technical skills to surface insights quickly, and the data storytelling skills to communicate those insights persuasively. You will support leaders across various functions (Product, GTM, Finance, etc.), democratize data & insights, and conduct in-depth analysis to support data-driven decisions. Confidence in analyzing data from multiple sources and communicating strategic narratives based on your analysis is essential. This role is both technical and analytical.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with business partners in Product, Finance, Marketing, and GTM to identify and prioritize research and analysis efforts.
2. Defining problem statements and exploring data to understand customer value, retention, and product development opportunities.
3. Building business insights, reports, and dashboards to facilitate better decision-making, product prioritization, and team productivity, fostering a data-driven mindset.
4. Partnering with internal and cross-functional analytics teams to standardize and ensure consistency in product insights reporting across the company.
5. Creating visualizations that display data-driven insights clearly and effectively.
6. Participating in cross-functional teams as a domain data expert.
7. Mentoring and enabling team members and other data users.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

1. An analytical mindset with curiosity to uncover context and insights, paired with strong business and product acumen.
2. 4+ years experience with SQL or similar querying languages (must demonstrate in interview).
3. Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar, with ability to create engaging reports.
4. Ability to work autonomously, develop domain expertise, and support peers.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex datasets to derive insights.
6. Experience framing ambiguous problems, preparing data, and applying analytical rigor.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of telling compelling visual stories that influence decisions.
