The Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Analyst to join our Regulatory team in Montreal. Our Montreal office, established in 2009 and recognized as one of Montreal’s Top Employers, hosts over 300 colleagues from 50 countries who collaborate to deliver best-in-class solutions worldwide. As part of our team, you will:

• assist in providing regulatory services to our clients, primarily in FATCA and CRS related services
• prepare and submit FATCA and CRS annual filings
• collect and review documentation for account classification according to FATCA and CRS standards and update systems accordingly
• liaise with clients, investors, investment managers, and third parties across various jurisdictions

What You Bring

In addition to high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses:

• a university degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• one to two years relevant experience in FATCA/CRS or similar regulatory services, accounting, or data management in the investment funds industry
• some understanding of FATCA and CRS regulations (preferred but not required)
• advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel
• strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret documentation accurately
• initiative, self-motivation, independence, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• attention to detail, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
• fluency in English
