The successful candidate will be responsible for application support for our mainframe retail lending systems. This individual will partner with our technology and business teams to ensure that all issues are prioritized, documented, and communicated appropriately. They will be responsible for end-to-end support of lending technology applications, from adjudication to servicing, gaining in-depth knowledge of our lending systems and business processes.
As part of our Canadian Retail Lending application support team, you will restore service, implement changes, support daily operations of mission-critical systems, and ensure business service levels are met. A 24/7 on-call rotation is required to support infrastructure, applications (online and offline), and security, ensuring service restoration and compliance with SLAs. You will provide Help Desk support, coordinate incident management, oversee and participate in production environment changes, and engage third-party providers during incidents. Immediate response to production or system problems is essential, along with proper escalation and documentation. Look for opportunities to automate processes, perform health checks with alerts using monitoring tools, and follow up on incidents to devise permanent solutions for recurring issues.

$74,800.00 – $138,600.00
This range reflects BMO Financial Group’s pay structure and may vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
