Job summary

This 1.0 FTE temporary vacancy runs from September 4, 2026 until approximately January 22, 2027, with extension not beyond June 30, 2027. Applicants should have a two-year post-secondary diploma in a relevant field and experience supporting students with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Two-year post-secondary diploma in a relevant field such as Developmental Service Worker, Youth Worker, Early Childhood Education, or Practical Nursing.
• Experience supporting students with multiple needs, including physical needs and behavior management.
• Preference for candidates with experience with behavior exceptionalities.
• Ability to work in a team and use behavior modification strategies.
• Knowledge of augmentative communication strategies and remote learning tools (Google Classroom, Google Meet).
