Oxford Learning Abbotsford Hillcrest & Clearbrook is seeking part‑time teacher‑tutors for the 2025‑2026 school year and continuing into 2026‑27.

Position Overview

• Elementary students in reading, writing, math and French.
• High‑school students in math (through Calculus), physics, chemistry, biology, and English.

Position Requirements

• Availability Monday to Friday 3 pm‑8 pm and Saturday morning.
• Commitment for the remainder of the 2025‑26 school year, through the summer, and into the 2026‑27 school year.
• In‑person role; must be able to commute to Abbotsford, BC (residence in or within a short commute of Abbotsford required).
• Vulnerable sector screening mandatory.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Third or fourth‑year university students with tutoring experience considered.
• Working towards or having a teaching certification is an asset.
• Good knowledge of the current K‑12 curriculum.

Experience

• Some experience teaching or tutoring K‑12 (or equivalent).
• Strong English written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to teach French highly desired.
• Ability to multitask and balance working with up to three students at a time.

Responsibilities
