You are enrolled in a related program, maintain a GPA of 3.0+, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-changing environment. This co-op provides mentorship and real project ownership within our purchasing and subcontract teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a related program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Available for a 4 or 8 month co‑op starting January 2027.
• Ability to work in Edmonton, AB and collaborate across departments.
• Willingness to assist in purchasing/subcontract administration tasks.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with departments to gather information for purchasing and subcontract proposals.
• Assist in creating and formatting purchasing/subcontract documents.
• Coordinate review processes and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct market research for proposal content.
• Analyze client requirements to tailor proposals.
• Maintain an organized database of proposal content.
• Organize files related to proposals for easy retrieval.
• Work with subject matter experts to incorporate technical details.
• Proofread proposals to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Assist in developing templates and standard content for proposals.
