Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is hiring an EDM Operator to program, set up, and run EDM equipment for high-precision tooling components. You will work from 3D models and collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure first-time quality and efficient manufacturing.

The role requires 3–5 years EDM machining and programming experience, with proficiency in Cimatron and/or Mastercam. You will operate on a rotating day/afternoon schedule at our Ontario facilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years EDM machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years of experience programming EDM machines.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate EDM machines using Cimatron and/or Mastercam.
• Import and process 3D models for machining.
• Machine mold components, including cores, cavities and details.
• Read drawings and work instructions; verify dimensions with precision tools.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs or processes as needed.
• Maintain production documentation and keep workspace clean and safe.
