SyBridge Technologies is hiring skilled 5-Axis Machinists at three Ontario locations. You will program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC centers to manufacture high-precision tooling and components for leading customers.

The role uses Lemoine and PowerMill, requires CAD/GD&T interpretation, and involves inspections, process optimization, and collaboration with engineering and production teams. Benefits start Day One, overtime eligibility, and strong career growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating and setting up 5-axis CNC centers.
• Experience programming with Lemoine and/or PowerMill.
• Proficiency in reading CAD designs and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machining centers.
• Program and optimize toolpaths using Lemoine/PowerMill.
• Read and interpret CAD designs, GD&T, and Red Line dimensions.
• Perform machine setups, prove-out new programs, and optimize processes.
• Select tooling and workholding; conduct in-process inspections.
• Verify parts meet dimensional requirements and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and propose process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines.
