Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is hiring a Mold Maker to join our Windsor-based manufacturing team. You will build, assemble, repair, and validate precision injection molds end-to-end, ensuring top quality and tight tolerances.

You will read engineering drawings, develop mold build plans, and perform final inspections with specialized tools. Experience with cranes and forklifts is essential; Red Seal is a plus. Competitive wage and strong support for career growth offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ten years of related experience as a mold maker preferred.
• Red Seal certification is an asset.
• Strong understanding of mold construction, assembly, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Experience safely operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, repair injection molds from start to finish.
• Perform final inspections and document work with traceability.
• Assemble mold components including cooling/heating circuits and ejector systems.
• Spot, troubleshoot, and validate molds for proper function.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections with precision tools.
• Develop mold build plans with templates and verification steps.
• Read complex engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Communicate issues or improvement opportunities to the team.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely during handling.
• Maintain project status communication between shifts.
